You may check your orders’ status at any point in time. In order to do so, you should log into your account and go to the “Order history” section. Thus, you will be able to see whether your orders have been processed and/or sent out.

Should you want to change one or more products or cancel your order entirely, you should log into your account and check the status of your order. If it has not been sent out yet, you must contact us as soon as possible and let us know that you want to modify your order or cancel it.

No fees are incurred for cancellations or modifications. If your order has already been sent out, we cannot modify it in any way. Should you find yourself in this situation, please consult Free exchanges and returns.

Differences in colour. 

In spite of that, we cannot entirely avoid making mistakes. We cannot guarantee that the colours you see on our website will be 100% accurate, mainly because of the differences between the colours as seen with the naked eye and as perceived on the screen you browsed our shop on.

Size differences.

All of our products’ sizes are estimative, as every product has its own unique features. It might be possible that you will not find all the details relating to a product listed next to it. This might happen as obtaining and operating the data of any product takes time and is a gradual process. Generally speaking, within a few days of a new product being introduced, all of its details will be listed on our website.

SC CASA HERMOSA SRL reserves the right to not guarantee that its services will fulfil your expectations or that they will run uninterrupted, safely or without errors.  SC CASA HERMOSA SRL may delete or modify any piece of information on the site, may interrupt any activity at any point in time and may archive any of the site’s contents without any prior notification.

Orders

There is no minimum order amount. All the prices displayed on our site are in EURO and include VAT. The prices we list do not include transport fees. These fees are listed in the shipping company’s invoices.

Invoicing is done in accordance with Romanian legislation. Our invoices are sent along with the products you ordered at the delivery address you chose.

Your products will arrive within 24-96 hours of your making an order depending on the availability of the courier service.

According to applicable laws, the orders you make on this website represent a contract between yourself and SC CASA HERMOSA SRL that both parties must comply with. In other words, SC CASA HERMOSA SRL must deliver the products and services you ordered and you must pay for the aforementioned order.

We reserve the right to modify the prices displayed on our site whenever we deem it necessary. hermosa-fashion.com/engros will establish sets of rules for any promotions or competitions it might organise. These rules will be displayed on our website and may be communicated to our customers by means of an informational bulletin. All promotions will take place while stocks last and may be interrupted or cancelled at any point in time.

SC CASA HERMOSA SRL hires other companies for transport, payments or other services. It is these companies that are responsible for the quality of their respective services. It is the user’s responsibility to inform themselves about and acknowledge these companies’ terms and conditions before benefitting from their services. The promotions and sales displayed on our site are time-limited offers and are announced via our specific means of communication. Our sales only apply to hermosa-fashion.com/engros products. Delivery fees are subject to delivery terms and conditions.
