WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hermosa Office Center SRL, henceforth Hermosa, acting as a merchant of products, ensures that the products you have purchased are covered by a warranty.

Please pay attention to the conditions of this certificate of warranty and keep the invoice you received upon making your purchase in case you may want to make a reclamation about any product’s quality. Hermosa offers its customers a legal guarantee of our products’ conformity in accordance with law nr. 449/2003 concerning the sale of products and their warranties and with GO nr. 21/1992, republished, concerning consumer protection.

The warranty becomes void and Hermosa cannot be held responsible for any damages occurring as a consequence of the products not being washed and maintained as specified in their instructions.

IMPORTANT: All products’ composition, maintenance instructions and symbols telling you how they should be washed and maintained are printed on a tag on their insides. These instructions are different for every product and it is mandatory that you read them. Please refer to the symbols below for more information.

Wearing and maintenance instructions for clothes

Our clothing articles must be washed and/or cleaned while respecting the instructions printed on the inside tag. Do not use industrial cleaning products. Please follow each label’s temperature-related instructions. Do not dry our products by placing them directly on heat sources such as electric heaters or fireplaces. Make sure to keep the products away from objects that may scratch, burn, pierce or, in any other way, physically act upon them and damage them. Hermosa cannot be held responsible for damages caused by third parties such as businesses offering professional cleaning services.

Wearing and maintenance instructions for shoes, bags, purses, leather accessories and leather clothes

To help maintain your shoes’ initial quality for longer, it is recommended that you wear two or three pairs of shoes in turns. Shoes featuring leather surfaces should be regularly dusted off with a rag or a soft brush. Regularly shine the shoes with shoeshine or wax using a soft rag. Do not wash any of our shoes in washing machines. Prolonged contact with water will damage them and void your warranty. Our shoes must be allowed to dry slowly and not with the help of heat sources. Please use a shoehorn when putting the shoes on in order to avoid damaging them in the heel area. Some of our shoes may have been painted and their colours might migrate. This phenomenon is not a defect.

Whenever necessary, leather clothing may be cleaned with a soft, wet rag without making use of detergents, solvents, bleaching agents of any other chemical substances. These products can cause irreversible damage that is not covered by our warranty. Do not wash our leather clothes or any of our leather belts in the washing machine. If a clothing article gets wet, wipe it with a dry, soft cloth and let it dry at room temperature, without placing it near any sort of heat source (radiator, fireplace, dryer, etc.) Keep the products away from objects that may scratch, burn, pierce or, in any other way, physically act upon them and damage them. Hermosa cannot be held responsible for damages caused by third parties such as businesses offering professional cleaning services.

Wearing and maintenance instructions for bags and leather purses

The purses sold by our company are made to be fashion accessories and are not intended for carrying items. In order to enjoy them in optimal condition for the longest time possible, please follow the instructions outlined in the maintenance instructions we are providing.

Warranties may be fulfilled only after the damage or the defects you have found are evaluated. To that end, the product must be returned according to the instructions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

WARNING! Do not remove the products’ tags! Their absence will lead to your warranty being voided. The name, model, product code, date of purchase and price of every item and our address can be found on the invoices we ship alongside your orders.
