Any orders exceeding 99 euro will be delivered for no extra cost!

We will pay for the delivery as long as the chosen address is in Romania!

For any orders under 99 euro, the delivery fee is 9 euro.

It will take at least 24 hours for the orders you make to be delivered to the address you specified. This timeframe may vary depending on our stocks.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

THE BUYER SHOULD…

1. Check the package and, if there are signs that it has been opened, check its contents in front of the delivery agent.

2. Tell the delivery agent if any of the products in that package or in any others belonging to their order have been damaged.

THE DELIVERY AGENT SHOULD…

1. Film the products that have been delivered in a damaged state and fill in a PV listing the aforementioned products in front of the customer.

2. Pick up any damaged products from the customer and return them to SC HERMOSA OFFICE CENTER SRL.

3. Deliver the products at the address you filled in while making your order on the www.hermosa.ro website. The delivery agent must not tell the customer to come to our headquarters or to any other location to pick up the products they ordered.
