RETURNS

Any product you have purchased from the Hermosa fashion site may be returned within 14 days of your receiving your order without any reason given and without incurring any penalty.

You may also exchange any product you have bought if the size you ordered doesn't fit you or if you wish to receive another product. If you received the wrong product or if it is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by sending us an e-mail at comenzi.webshop@hermosa.ro so we may solve your issue.

Conditions for returning products:
- You must return your product(s) within 14 days of having received your package.
- Make sure that the products you ordered are in the same condition that you received them in. Any products you return must not have been worn or washed and must still have all of their tags attached.
- If the products you wish to return do not fulfil the aforementioned conditions, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. We will send them back to you.
- The products must be packed, preferably in their original package(s). Should the latter option be impossible, you may place them in a similar package in order to make sure that they will not be damaged during transportation.
- You can ask for your package to be picked up by filling in the form above - from the “QUICK EXCHANGES AND RETURNS” tab - and we will send a courier your way. They will contact you via phone call to get all the necessary details and come to the address you gave them to pick up your package.

After receiving your package and checking the products inside, we will send you the products you asked for in exchange or initiate a refund to the bank account you specified in the return form within 24 hours.

WARNING!

Once we receive your package, we will check your products in order to find out whether they fulfil the conditions mentioned above. Should they fail to do so, your return request will be rejected.
